Using our site

You may use the Glyka website to browse our product and place orders for personal use. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Product information and pricing

We do our best to describe our product, the Glyka Dr. Melaxin Calcium Bonding Eye Cream, accurately. Even so, product details, images, and pricing may change from time to time without prior notice. The MRP is ₹2,999 and our current selling price is ₹999. If a pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and, where needed, cancel the affected order with a full refund.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may decline or cancel an order in rare cases, for example if we cannot verify payment or if there is a suspected error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Payment

All orders are 100% prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.

Skincare and results

Glyka is a cosmetic skincare product. Results vary from person to person, and nothing on our website is a substitute for professional medical advice. We recommend a patch test before first use. If you have a known skin condition or sensitivity, please consult your doctor or dermatologist.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, product photos, and design, belongs to Glyka or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any of it without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to give you a great product and experience. To the extent permitted by law, Glyka is not liable for any indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law, including your right to a refund under our Refund Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
