Changed your mind? No problem. Here is how cancellations work at Glyka.

Cancel before dispatch

You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. Since we dispatch within 12 hours of your order being placed, please reach out quickly if you want to cancel. Just email support@glyka.in with your order number and ask us to cancel.

Once it has shipped

After your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, because it is already on its way to you. Do not worry though. Your order is still fully covered by our Refund Policy, so if the product does not work for you or arrives damaged, you can request a refund.

Your refund on a valid cancellation

If you cancel before dispatch, you get a full refund to your original prepaid payment method. We process approved refunds within 5 to 7 business days, and the time to show up in your account after that depends on your bank or card provider.
