Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about buying from Glyka. If the cream does not work for you, or if it turns up damaged, we will refund you. No back and forth, no fine print traps.
When you can get a refund
You are covered in two situations:
- It did not work for you. You gave the Glyka Dr. Melaxin Calcium Bonding Eye Cream a fair try and you are not happy with the results.
- It arrived damaged. The tube or packaging reached you broken, leaking, or otherwise not in good condition.
Your 60-day window
You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a refund. As long as you reach out within that window, we will look after you.
How to claim
Email us at support@glyka.in with:
- Your order number.
- A quick note on what went wrong.
- A photo of the product, if it arrived damaged. This helps us make it right faster.
Once we receive your email, our team will review your request and get back to you.
Getting your money back
After your refund is approved, we process it back to your original prepaid payment method within 5 to 7 business days. The time it takes to show up in your account after that depends on your bank or card provider.
No return shipping charges
If we ask you to send anything back, we cover the return shipping. You will never pay out of pocket to return a Glyka order.
A quick note on results
Skincare works differently for everyone, and results can vary from person to person. Glyka is a cosmetic product and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. We recommend a patch test before first use. If you have a known skin condition or sensitivity, please check with your doctor or dermatologist.
