We want you to love what you order from Glyka. If you are not happy, you are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
30-day money-back guarantee
If a product does not work for you, email us at sovansh@kairova.in or call +91 81471 97766 within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason. We will arrange a refund. You do not have to give us a long explanation.
Damaged, leaking or wrong items
If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking or with the wrong product, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product and the package. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice.
How refunds are paid
- Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) within 5 to 7 business days of approval.
- Cash on delivery orders: refunded to your bank account or UPI ID within 5 to 7 business days of approval. We will ask you for these details by email.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it is shipped by contacting us with your order number. Prepaid cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method.
Not eligible
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
- Orders refused at the door without a reason, or returned because the address or phone number given was wrong.
