These terms apply to your use of glyka.in and to every order placed on it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

We describe our products and show their images as accurately as we can. Colours on screen can look slightly different from the real product. Results from skincare and haircare products vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

Use of products

Our products are cosmetic products for external use only. Read the label before use, do a patch test on a small area of skin first and stop using a product if it causes irritation. Keep products away from children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical treatment, ask your doctor before use. Our products are not meant to diagnose, treat or cure any disease.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you placed your order. We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and cash on delivery.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a prepaid order, you will get a full refund.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund and Return Policy.
