Where we ship

We ship to all serviceable pin codes in India.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on every order. Cash on delivery is available.

Dispatch time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days of dispatch. Remote areas and the North East can take up to 10 business days.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will get a tracking link by SMS, email or WhatsApp. You can use it to follow your parcel until it reaches you.

Delays

Weather, festivals, strikes or courier issues can sometimes delay delivery. If your order has not reached you within 10 business days of dispatch, call us on +91 81471 97766 or email sovansh@kairova.in and we will sort it out.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your address and phone number before placing the order. If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address or because no one was available after repeated attempts, we will contact you to arrange delivery again.
